HD 530 black screen and flicker whenever activating xmp

Hi. good time

i'm using intel hd 530 graphic (i5 6600)

When i'm activating xmp and frequency for memory is 3000mhz, sometimes the screen image will be black screen and flicker! even on windows loading!

please help me.
