Hello Gianpaolo,

The Manual Diagnostics Tool is installed with Intel® PROSet/Wireless Software, just make sure you customize the installation and select all the software components when you set it up.

You did not specify the OS or wireless adapter that you have, so, it is worth to mention that this tool is not available for Window® 10.
