Hello, I have a Lenovo Z51 laptop with windows 10. In some parts in Far cry 4 my laptop freezes ans say "Display driver stopped responding and has recovered ". I have the intel driver utility and updated my driver to 154022.4424.exe, my game still hangs. I have manually checked for updates and it installed 20.19.15.4364, It also hangs. I have updated the graphics card (AMD Radeon R7 M360), but now the game even lags. I have changed in regedit the TdrDelay to 8 and 10. I have Installed microsoft .net framework version 4.6.1. I dont know what to do... Please help?

Hi Ughard,

Can you please provide me your processor model, in order to give you the New Intel generic Driver?

Here you can download your OEM graphics driver.

Thank you, I downloaded the OEM driver and it still gives me the driver error message. Something that I noted was that if I play games on a high graphics setting, the game lags a little bit some times but does not hang, but when I play on medium or low graphics settings, it does not lag, but suddenly hangs at the spots the higher setting would have lagged.

My processor : Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-5500U CPU @2.40HHz

Hi Ughard,

I recommend you to check on this website the game you are playing, compatibility, requirements and settings. Also I suggest you to install with the Intel® Driver Utility the detected driver.
