I have 2x Intel 6300 Wi-Fi card.

On Linux, FreeBSD and WinXP support only Ad-Hok mode.

In Windows 7 (intel my wi-fi, micosoft virtual wi-fi) i can create AP, but this AP don't support 802.11n, WPA2-Enterprise and i can't hide SSID

Can i create Access Point on intel 6300 and use all features by this card (450Mb/s + Security)

Are you referring making use of Intel My Wifi Technology for Ultimate 6300?

Intel My Wifi Technology enable the notebook to act like an access point for other wireless device to connected to.
