Intel® Xeon® X5650 & E5645

hello there,

im goin to buy a new workstation and looking forward to the new 6-cores xeons. theres just smth i dont understand about the price-policy of the Intel® Xeon® X5650 and E5645...the X5650 is priced at $996 and the E5645 @ $958...is there any reason why anyone would prefer the E5645 over the X5650 whereat the X5650 got higher spec and cost almost the same?

The E5645 has a lower TDP, and is better to use when heat is an issue.
