i7-740QM, No max turbo boost?

The Intel Core Processor Detail spreadsheet doesn't show a maximum Turbo Boost clock rate for i7-740QM, but it does indicate that it has this technology. Does this mean it actually doesn't use (or provide) Turbo Boost? I ask because I am about to purchase a laptop with this processor. If you have any information or any additional specs, please let me know.
