Please help, RAID was rebuilt and now missing

I had a disc that was making noise and I removed it from the array and booted to validate it was the bad egg, I added the disc back and then once the raid was rebuild was done I can't access the drive. In windows the drive is hosed where the only thing it wants me to do is format and I have like 3 tb of data there so I'd love to not have to format and lose the data.

So any help would be great. I am going to keep checking dr. Google for answers
