Intel Core i3-370m 2.4GHz CPU Vs 3.0 GHz P4

If a program I want to run has minimum system requirements of a 3.0 GHz P4, Dual Core 2.0 (or higher) or AMD64X2 (or higher) PCU, will it run on a computer with a Intel Core i3-370m 2.4GHz CPU?

If not, will it run on an Intel Core i5-460m 2.8GHz CPU? (I think thats an overclocked 2.4GHz CPU).

Any program requiring an Intel(R) Pentium(R) 4 processor should run fine on an i3, i5 or i7 processors, however we recommend contacting the software developer for more compatibility information, keep in mind that the software developer is the one that performs the test to determine the hardware requirements for the particular software.
