Intel E5200 Dual Core 2.50Ghz Replacement CPU?

I have a HP Media Smart Server that uses the Intel E5200 (2.50 Ghz) Dual Core Processor. I am looking to upgrade this processor with (MAYBE) MORE Cores, BUT definitely MORE SPEED. Can ANYONE recommend a GOOD CPU for this unit?
