AGN 5100 wont work with windows 7

Hey,

I've recently bought an AGN5100 (512AN_MMW) and installed it in my machine (Intel D945GSEJT Intel Atom N270) I've installed Win7 Home Premium but cannot get the board working...

I've downloaded the drivers from here but still the I get the yellow exclaimation mark in device manager....

It just says "The device cannot start" Code 10

Any ideas what I'm doing wrong?
