Hi All,

Windows 8.1 Single language.

Intel HD graphics 4000 - 15.33.32.64.4061 [Latest]

Nvidia Geforce 710 M

My laptop resolution is 1366 x 768 [default]. When I connect HDMI to laptop with LED 1920 x 1080, resolution doesn't change to 1920 x 1080 but in screen resolution(LED.Sony) it shows 1920 x 1080 but it is actually 1366 x 768.

To have 1920 x 1080 resolution I have to restart my laptop with LED connected. After restart it works in actual resolution 1920 x 1080

With previous 4th, 5th Intel driver version it was working fine.

Hello R.V., thanks for joining the Intel Community.

According to your comment, you are using the latest Graphics Driver provided by Intel. Have you tried using the drivers given by the laptop manufacture?

We always recommend customers to download and install the drivers provided by the system manufacture, since our drivers are generic drivers and sometimes these cannot be installed on other systems or the installation of them could overwrite their customizations and possibly change the functionality of the graphics.

You can also keep using the previous driver version.
