Processor is i7-3517ue.PCH is QM77.PCH have some SATAs.My question is:can the SATAs support SATA port multiplier?

Thank you for contacting the Intel community.
No, unfortunately it is not supported; these chips are not validated for port multipliers. If you have for example a laptop with this processor and you try to connect it to a SATA port multiplier through eSATA connectors on the laptop, the eSATA are not "PM-aware", and thus will only see the first drive in the port multiplier enclosure.
