Minecraft Java has blurry graphics in windowed mode and part of the screen is cut off

Minecraft Java in windowed mode has blurry graphics, but in fullscreen mode it's sharp like normal. Also part of the screen is cut off on all sides.

See how the top right text is cut off.

You can't exactly see the blur in the photos but you can definitely see the text cut off. I have an Intel HD 620 and an i5-7200u.

Minecraft has worked fine before probably on older driver versions. Here's my TXT file.

It seems like the older driver fixed it. Thanks! But now I won't have all the improvements in the newer driver version.

Sorry I didn't see this post. I completely forgot about this. It seems that the latest driver I just installed fixed the problem.
