Description
Provide a detailed description of the issue
driver v4678 causes blurred text in LibreOffice CALC and missing menubar (file,view,tools, etc...).
It doesnt occur on nvidia card or older intel v4463 driver which is now installed via windows update
Please place an X to the right of the option showing how often you see this issue using specific steps. (Ex: 'Every few times a game is started it flickers.' <- This would be "Often")<p>

I've reported the same problem here (2 bugs):
They were able to reproduce it - read bottom messages - and fixed it on their latest internal driver. Final release unknown.
Best is to use the latest working driver: 21.20.16.4627
