How to fix grey patches on characters in Skyrim Special Edition?

I have recently bought SSE on steam for my laptop. I assumed, since it wasn't the newest game and my laptop was moderately equipped, that it would run no problem. I was wrong. Even the vanilla version of the game would launch with all of the characters, animals, trees, etc, being covered in moving grey patches. I spent hours online researching how to fix it, but nothing worked. I turned off CMAA within the 3D settings on the Intel Graphics Control Panel and turned my laptop onto high performance, I lowered the FPS and rendering distance, I tried everything I knew how to. So I come here looking for anything that may help my PC run SSE.

System Specs

OS: Windows 10

Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-6200U CPU @ 2.30GHz 2.40 GHz

RAM: 8GB

64-bit OS, x64-based processor

Let me apologize for any inconvenience this issue may be causing to you.

In order to help you better I would like to gather more information about the configuration you have in the computer. Please attach to this thread the .txt file the Intel® System Support Utility will generate https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility

If possible attach a screenshot showing the issue you are having.

To attach a file, you must click "Use Advanced Editor" on the upper right hand corner of the response box, then the "attach" option will appear on the bottom right hand corner of the response box.

The grey moving patches are present regardless of the lighting and state that the characters/entities are in.
