When trying to install the intel GPU drivers, which have been downloaded from the HP Drivers download page, it keeps erroring and says that "the computer does not meet the minimum requirements for installing the software.". I have also tried downloading the 620 drivers direct from the intel site and I get the same results.
Currently only the windows basic video driver is present and I am unable to use a external screen with the laptop.
The operating system installed is Windows 10 Education Version 10.0.15063 Build 15063.

FlowerManDan: Thank you very much for joining the Intel® Graphics communities. We will do our best in order to try to fix this problem.
What we can try as the next step will be install the drivers manually:

Remember that the Intel graphics drivers are generic, meaning they might or might not work with your system. That is why we always recommend to install the drivers provided by the manufacturer of the laptop, since they were customized in this case by HP to work with that specific system. Just in case, on the link below you will find the latest graphics driver 4771 for Intel® HD Graphics 620 controller:

Any further questions, please let me know.
