Как отключить анизотропную фильтрацию и вертикальный синхроимпульс на Intel HD Graphics 630? Во вкладке 3D только это:

Thank you for joining the Graphics community.

In this case you should be able to disable the Anisotropic Filtering and Vertical Sync within the application that you are using, the setting available in the Intel® HD Graphics control panel uses the default settings included within your apps. So, you should be able to disable them from there.
