You can write in Russian, I will be able to translate it on this post.
The unit has physical damage, please bear in mind that if the unit has physical damage the warranty will be void.
The first post is not clear, I'm not sure if you mean that the unit arrived damage or that it was dropped on table and it got this damage.
Now, since you are located in Russia, I strongly recommend contacting your local support group in Russia for warranty information.
From the picture I tried to validate the processor marking but I was not able to find it.
I have sent you a private message.
Ivan.

It is hard to tell, basically the best way to determine if a CPU is defective is to try it in another system but to know what part in the CPU is defective is hard to tell.
If the processor has physical damage most likely the damage is causing the system not to work properly or not to work at all. If a processor falls down or is install incorrectly that can cause damage in the CPU and make the system not to work or to cause insatiability when booting or when working in Windows.

Ivan.

Do you mean processor physical damage can lead to processor failure? Yes, processor physical damage can cause the processor to fail.
At this point I suggest you to contact support and try to get a replacement, I cannot guarantee that a replacement will be approved because the warranty does not cover physical damage but you can try submitting a request at the following link:
