Is my cpu core voltage ok?

My Intel i5 7600 is running at 1.332 volts in High Performance mode in Power Options and in bios (i have a b250-hd3p motherboard), is that nomal? i see people who overclock at lower voltage ( on other cpus wich are unlocked and i couldn't info about my normal cpu voltage). Actually according to thehttp://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/processors/core/7th-gen-core-family-desktop-s-processor-lines-datasheet-vol-1.html Datasheet, Vol. 1: 7th Gen Intel® Processor Family for S Platforms page 115, Note 2 :

"Individual maximum VID values are calibrated during manufacturing such that two processors at the same frequency may have different settings within the VID range. Note that this differs from the VID employed by the processor during a power management event (Adaptive Thermal Monitor, Enhanced Intel SpeedStep Technology, or low-power states)."

That means that 2 of the same model of processor can have different voltages.

That also involves mainboard voltages which can be different for same or different type of mainboard.

If your CPU can use lower voltage the only solution is for you to test it.

The "problem" is from the "High performance" mode in the mb UEFI that increases the voltage by 0.06 or 0.048 (cpu core voltage fluctuates between 1.272 and 1.284 volts) and gave me +100mhz. Should i keep that mode on?

that only idling with High Performance power option on and when i start prime95 the voltage lowers to 1.260 or 1.248, that weird...

I was looking at your motherboard manual and according to that the High Performance allows you to determine whether to let the BIOS automatically increase the CPU base clock for better performance. (Default: Disabled)

This option will be increasing the processor frequency out of the processor specifications and I would suggest keeping the BIOS to default settings to avoid any damage to the processor in the future. Also, I strongly recommend contacting your motherboard manufacturer as they are more familiar with your motherboard BIOS and your system configuration and they will be able to give more advices about the high performance feature in the bios.
