What is the cpu model number?
What is your PC/Laptop model number, or motherboard model number?
What operating system are you running?

Hello:
Thank you very much to Al Hill for requesting that information.
To WarriorIbz:
At this point in order for us to provide the information you need, please provide the model of the processor and if this is a laptop then the model of the laptop, by doing that we can confirm which Intel® HD graphics version the processor has.
Any further questions, please let me know.
Regards
Alberto
