When you say "version" you mean a three- or four-digit number seen with other GPUs?
A couple of Intel GPUs have no number in description.
Click details/hardware Ids where you see a hex number DEV_XXXX
Look-up the architecture in this list: https://github.com/GameTechDev/gpudetect/blob/master/IntelGfx.cfg gpudetect/IntelGfx.cfg at master · GameTechDev

W menadżerze urządzeń tego nie sprawdzisz. Żeby sprawdzić model swojej karty graficznej musisz wejść w panel sterowniczy grafiki HD- opcja centrum informacji

So the list above is incomplete (although it's from an Intel dev).
Next step: search your device ID at http://www.catalog.update.microsoft.com/Search.aspx?q=%20pci%5Cven_8086%26dev_0f31%26subsys_161d1043 Microsoft Update Catalog
Look into the INF where it reveals 0F31 = Valleyview

In order to attach files, make sure you select the "Advanced Editor" option in the top right of your reply window. You will then be presented with an attach file dialogue at the bottom of the reply.

Thanks for the report, this is helpful to check your hardware and software configuration.
The integrated graphics on the Intel® Pentium® Processor N3540 is Intel® HD graphics (Baytrail) this is similar to an Intel® HD graphics 4000.

Please do let me know if you need further assistance with your Intel product, I will be glad to assist you.
