Hi,
I would like to know the difference (if any...), especially from the point of view of the graphics specifications, between the Celeron N3050 and the newer Celeron N3060; from the ARK site I understand that the only difference is the burst frequency: is it so, or am I wrong?
Thanks for your help,
Francesco

Several differences: http://ark.intel.com/compare/91832,87257 ARK | Compare Intel® Products
In addition to the Burst Frequency as you have noted, the n3060 is one year old, the n3050 two years old.
And, the n3060 has Intel HD Graphics 400.
Both are the same BGA socket, thus removing any option to upgrade the processor, if that is what you are looking for.

Thanks a lot for your quick reply!

Yes, I saw that, but still, the graphics specification are the very same: I suspect it to be only a new name for the same stuff; but I would be happy to be proved wrong: what has been improved from that point of view, then?
Thanks again,
Francesco

You may be correct. I cannot find anything to compare the two.

Linux is very well supported, luckily, as indicated on the chart!
So from your answer I gather that the graphics is the same in the two processors, at least for a personal use: good to know.
Thank you very much for your help Ivan.
