i7-5960X having Turbo Frequency of 4GHz is it true?

First they said i7-6950X to have Base Frequency of 3GHz and Turbo Frequency of 3.5GHz but now the site says Base Frequency to be 3GHz but Turbo Frequency is shown as 4GHz. The title sub still says 3.5GHz but spec list says 4GHz which is true and what is it. Is 4GHz Turbo Frequency of Single Core and 3.5GHz Turbo Frequency of Multiple or All Cores. Or is it a mistake on Intel's part

Perfect, no problem, for that processor the Processor Base Frequency is 3GHz and the Max Turbo Frequency is 4GHz. Those are the correct specifications for the Intel® Core™ i7-6950X Processor Extreme Edition, the part where it says up to 3.50 GHz is a mistake, and I will send that information to the proper department for them to fix that error.
