I have a HP Z1 purchased new in August 2012, with W 7 pro OS. I am now running W10 Pro, and can't seem to get Bluetooth to work for audio. I suspect it is a driver problem but things have changed so much since I originally bought the system that I don't know what to download. Suggestions will be most appreciated.

Hello daches,

You can find the updated Bluetooth* drivers for Intel® Wireless Adapters though your http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/topics/oems.html Computer Manufacturer Support, or from our download center: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/ https://downloadcenter.intel.com/

If you know the adapter model, you can enter it in the "Search Download" box, or you may use the option to "Automatically update your drivers".

For further assistance, please let us know the following:

- Wireless adapter model.

- Was this the wireless adapter that came built-in with your computer?
