afraid Peter is right.
For SIMs3 you need
FOR WINDOWS XP- 2.0 GHz P4 processor or equivalent
- 1 GB RAM
- 128 MB Video Card with support for Pixel Shader 2.0
- The latest version of DirectX 9.0c
- Microsoft Windows XP Service Pack 2
- At least 6.1 GB of hard drive space with at least 1 GB of additional space for custom content and saved games
You have :
os: windows xp professional
sys manufac: dell
sys model: dimension 2400 ( on-board video
processor: intel(R) Pentium(R) 4cpu 2.2ghz
memory: 382mb ram
page file 257mb used 663mb avail
direct x version: diredt x9.oc (4.09.0000.0904)
You could add a video card and replace your memory with larger DIMMs, but. . . . .
( I have one just like this with 1g ram and it is so slow i use it to hold my door open
