SU4100 or T5600?

I have two computers to choose from at work with these processors:

Which one do you think is best for working with for example adobe design premium suite?

Otherwise it's the same amount of RAM and same harddrive.

These 2 processors are very similar; you might not notice the difference on performance, since one has lower clock speed but higher Front Side Bus (FSB) speed.
