According to the 5300bgn production decription paper:
IEEE 802.11a/b/g/Draft-N1 compliant
Compliant to the existing IEEE 802.11a, 802.11b, and 802.11g standards;802.11n compliance expected when the standard is ratified.
Looks like the 5300bgn did not fully compliant with the 802.11n stardard.
So anybody known what differentment it is between 802.11n stardard and intel 5300 Wi-Fi link supported.
thanks.

Hi Caowai,
The 5300 adapter was released just before the 802.11n standard was ratified, that's why we had to use the "once it's ratified" wording in the Product Brief.
The product was fully certified when the standard was ratified in late 2009.
