I7 4771 low speed.

Hello i have bought i7 4771.The problem is it runs only at 800 mhz and no more.I went to BIOS to change settings but it still runs to 800 MHZ.I have also my pc specs....

Whenever i use the software throttlestop and i change CPU's speed it works just fine but without program im having the same problem again.

I will post my pc specs..Please help me because even MSI(since i have MSI motherboard i asked them first)couldnt help me....

Could you please disable the Enhanced Intel SpeedStep(R) Technology in the BIOS and run the utility one more time?

Thank you so much.The problem has been solved.May i ask something?Disabling SpeedStep will it overheat my CPU if i try to run games like Witcher 3 or Blade and Soul?In case i have problems with overheating what are you suggesting me to do?Before couple of days i have bought one good cooler named"CoolerMaster Hyper 212 Evo and i used arctic mx - 4 compound.Is this ok for my current CPU?

You told me above to disable SpeedStep in BIOS and that what i did and it worked.I did nothing more than that.
