I was reading it was possible to put a discrete graphic card along with the GPU and use both at the same time for different rendering.
Is something about Lucid Virtu but this is not supported under Linux
My question is if the usage of the GPU and the graphic card is automatic or it must be set up by a software.
I have a i5-3570k, CPU clock ratio at 42 and GPU frequency at 3200, I got this processor because of thegraphics so it would be a shame if the GPU becomes unuseful if I get another graphic card.

Hello Axel Filisola,
Note that the system will work perfectly fine with the Intel® HD graphics controller but as soon as a dedicated graphics card is connected to the PCI slot; the system will disable the onboard graphics and will continue using the dedicated graphics card.
However, the Lucid Virtu is a software that allows you to use both graphics controller at the same time but this can happen by using a software only.
You can get the software at the following download:
https://downloadcenter.intel.com/SearchResult.aspx?lang=eng&keyword=lucid%20virtu https://downloadcenter.intel.com/SearchResult.aspx?lang=eng&keyword=lucid%20virtu
At this point, I am afraid that this software is supported in Windows* only.
