Im getting this flashing when PC starts up and goes to desktop, with nothing else switched apart from the monitor and Pc on its its ok but when my TV is on and i start the Pc up that's when i get the flashing, i think its something to do with the graphic card or settings within.
I tried a different socket on the TV and it started flashing again so its definitely something to do with the HDMI, there's nothing wrong with the cable, as it works perfectly.
Im using a Asus Z97-A mobo with Intel 4600 on board graphics and is new, and all updates and drivers are up to date.
I have done a video of it which shows the monitor and hope someone can tell me what's going on and how to rectify it, or if there is nothing to worry about, can be found here,

Which version of Windows do you have?
Do you know if this problem occur with Intel drivers and Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) drivers?

I got another TV yesterday and tried all situations and the borrowed TV did not show the same behavior as my TV, so i can only imagine that its something to do with the HDMI connection on my TV, but have no idea as to what i can do, also tried 2 different cables so its not cable related.
