Hi,I've spotted this cpu for sale here and was advised by the adverts.ie admin to report it saying they will take the ad down if contacted by Intel.I presume selling of ES's is still not allowed.
In regard to your question, yes, that is an engineering sample and it should not be sold to end users since it was design for testing purposes and it has no warranty on it
