/thread/108553 OSUBuckeyes1125,

If the issue persists, try to completely uninstall the tool; use this method http://www.askvg.com/how-to-completely-uninstall-remove-a-software-program-in-windows-without-using-3rd-party-software/ How to Completely Uninstall / Remove a Software Program in Windows without using 3rd Party Software? - AskVG. Once done, install the https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/24345/Intel-Driver-Update-Utility?product=79577 Download Intel® Driver Update Utility one more time.

Let me know how that goes.

Regards,

Amy.
