I'd like to first say, that your Product/Program selection does not include the product in question, so I picked one that's close, but it's the 965
I am attempting to install my drivers for my Windows XP Home version Laptop on a Dell Inspiron 1525 with display drivers for "Mobile Intel(R) 965 Express Chipset".
I am looking to run a specific program that requires up to date drivers on the machine, I tried both of the two latest drivers available on your site for the device listed above (versions 6.14.10.5218 then 6.14.10.5029), but when I install those versions, it will make ALL of the colors of the screen distorted and incorrect. I can provide screenshots if there were an attachment option.
The program that's being attempting to run is World of Warcraft. I've been able to run it on this machine before, but not after I had to clean it from some viruses. If I uninstall the devices/drivers from Device Manager, it will revert back to Display Driver version 6.14.10.4868, but World of Warcraft will not allow it to run.
If I install one of the two later versions that is provided on your website for Windows XP Home, then it distorts the color, but World of Warcraft will start.
I've looked for ways to adjust the color settings on the computer, but at the moment I've been unable to locate anything that was successful. If you could give me a resolution to this matter, it would be much appreciated. Below my closing will be the DxDiag that I had run before installing the later versions of the drivers, before the color distortion.
Thank you for your time and assistance in this matter,
Michael

Hello Shadorunce,
Please note our drivers are generic drivers for mobile systems. This is because we provide the hardware to Computer Manufacture and they will design their own systems with special features and limitation that can be lost when installing our driver.
As per WoW game requirements, the mobile 965 is quite low graphics but my best recommendation is to contact the Computer Manufacture and get the driver for your system.
Here is the contact information:
