i7-4790k question

I have an i7-4790k cpu that was dead from the start. I've checked the FPO and ATPO numbers in warranty center but it says it can't find the product.

Should i be worried?

Purchased it from an online retailer.

You can also submit a web ticket to request an RMA. Remember that the processor or the motherboard needs to be under warranty.
