Intel Celeron N2815 vs 1007U

The site http://cpuboss.com/cpus/Intel-Celeron-N2815-vs-Intel-Celeron-1007U CPUBOSS say that the Celeron N2815 have a 1MB of L2 Cache and the 1007U 0,5MB.

The Intel site says that the http://ark.intel.com/products/79051/Intel-Celeron-Processor-N2815-1M-Cache-up-to-2_13-GHz?wapkw=n2815 Celeron N2815 have 1 MB of Cache and the http://ark.intel.com/products/72061/Intel-Celeron-Processor-1007U-2M-Cache-1_50-GHz?wapkw=1007u Celeron 1007U have a 2MB of Intel® Smart Cache. Why the difference

Hello Waghela, the information provided in ark.intel.com is totally correct. The Celeron 1007U have 2MB of cache.

This processor is part of the Ivy Bridge processor which is superior to the Celeron N2815.

Hello Waghela, the information provided in ark.intel.com is totally correct. The Celeron 1007U have 2MB of cache.

This processor is part of the Ivy Bridge processor which is superior to the Celeron N2815.

Another question: why the better processor is more cheap ($75,00) than another more expensive ($107.00)?

We can only refer to the processor features. We have no information about the price.

We make different type of processors, so customers can choose which is better depending on their needs.

Comparing these 2 processors, the N2815 is faster that the 1007U. But the 1007U supports more memory RAM.
