Missing/colapsed options in Intel HD Control Panel

Hey. I have this issue where various options from the Intel HD control panel are not visible. They look like they are all on top of each other and that is why I can't see or access them.

My processor is an Intel Celeron G1610 so I guess my Intel graphics is Intel HD 2500. I've installed that latest graphics driver for my system (win 7 64): 153343.4425. No matter what version of the graphics display driver and intel Control Panel I install the problem is not solved. Does anyone have any idea why this is happening? I've attached a print screen of how the 3D and Display sections of the control panel look like.

Thank you.

Hello AdrianV,

I understand some options on the Intel Graphics Control Panel are not visible.

Let me apologize for any inconvenience this issue may be causing to you.

In order to help you better I would like to gather more information about the configuration you have in the computer. Please attach to this thread the .xml file the Intel® System Support Utility will generate https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility

What screen resolution are you currently using? Have you tried higher/lower screen resolution?

To attach a file, you must click "Use Advanced Editor" on the upper right hand corner of the response box, then the "attach" option will appear on the bottom right hand corner of the response box.

Regards,

Thank you for answering, Fred. I've attached the XML document with the info.I'm curently on 1440 X 900 screen resolution. I've tried both lower and higher resolutions to no effect: the Intel Control panel options are still a mush.

Thank you in advance!

Hello AdrianV,

Thanks for the information you sent to me.

I am not sure if you have or not tried removing the graphics driver completely and the reinstalling it. In case you have not tried that please follow these steps.

On the keyboard press WinLogo key + r, then type in devmgmt.msc, double click on Display Adapters>>Intel HD Graphics>>Driver tab>>Uninstall>>Select the check box Delete the driver software for this device>>OK, restart the computer, and then reinstall the driver that is on this link http://download.gigabyte.us/FileList/Driver/mb_driver_vga_intel_64_6series.exe http://download.gigabyte.us/FileList/Driver/mb_driver_vga_intel_64_6series.exe

If issue persists let me know if there was any type of software or hardware change before the issue started happening.

Regards,

Fred
