Looking for working TSX-NI microcode.dat for Intel® Xeon® Processor E3-1275 v3

Please tell me what is the purpose to obtain the TSX-NI microcode.dat on this processor. I need to collect this information to address your concern to the proper department.

It needs to correct working Qemu-KVM hypervisor with libvirtd.

In ARK intel specification many processors suppose to have that instruction, but thats not working with microcode.dat 2014 year old
linux-firmware package and intel-ucode consist old microcode data.
