Hi,
I am using a Dell Inspiron 17r 5737 with 4th gen i7 Intel HD Graphics 4400 (I'm kinda a noob but I'm pretty sure this is integrated graphics).
Anyway, I recently updated from Windows 8.1 to Windows 10. However, when running some programs, particularly 3D games, I get a bluescreen and an error of "VIDEO_TDR_FAILURE (igdkm64.sys)". I think this is because my drivers are out of date or are not compatible with Windows 10. I searched on Google and Intel's driver download site. They have a auto driver update software thing, which says all of my drivers are up to date, and so does Windows Update. I tried downloading Windows 10 Beta drivers from the Intel site that I saw from this forum thread: . However, upon clicking the download links (https://downloadcenter.intel.com/downloads/eula/25150/Intel-Iris-Iris-Pro-and-HD-Graphics-Production-Driver-for-Windows-10-64-bit?httpDown=http://downloadmirror.intel.com/25150/eng/win64_154004.2.exe Intel® Download Center) I got a 404 error code. I accept the ToC but then it redirects me here: https://www-ssl.intel.com/content/www/us/en/404.html Error: Page Not Found
After googling this issue, a website told me that disabling or uninstalling my current graphics driver fixes the solution. I currently have mine uninstalled, but I'd like to be able to look at my screen without sunglasses (I am unable to dim it) so I'd appreciate it if anyone told me a solution to this problem.
I mainly have four questions here:
Should I revert back to Windows 8.1?
Is Intel going to come out with a Windows 10 graphics driver? (If so, when?)
Am I the only one that gets the 404 error code when downloading stuff from here? https://downloadcenter.intel.com/downloads/eula/25150/Intel-Iris-Iris-Pro-and-HD-Graphics-Production-Driver-for-Windows-10-64-bit?httpDown=http://downloadmirror.intel.com/25150/eng/win64_154004.2.exe Intel® Download Center
Will uninstalling/disabling the graphics driver prevent bluescreening?
Thank you to anyone who can help me with these issues.

I had the same problem. Turns out someone at Intel must've forgotten to finalize the upload. It is available at http://downloadmirror.intel.com/25150inprocess/eng/ downloadmirror-origin.intel.com - /25150inprocess/eng/ (normal link would be without "inprocess").

Actually I got it to work but in a really roundabout way.
1. First I had to download the zip file from the link above and extract it.
2. Then I did a windows+x and started up device manager.
3. After that I right clicked the display adapter and chose "update driver".
4. Select "Browse my computer".
5. Select "Let me pick from a list of device drivers..."
6. Uncheck "Show compatible hardware".
7. Select "Have disk..."
8. Navigate to the \Graphics subdirectory of the extracted zip from above.
9. Click "install".
It seems that there's some kind of weirdness in Windows Update's version of the driver vs. the one from Intel's site above, and for some reason if you leave it up to Windows, it will select the Windows Update version.
Once I installed via this method, my screen doesn't look "blurry" anymore and it seems that everything is running the way its supposed to be.

We have been experiencing a high download volume of the driver so you may find problems when trying to download the driver. At this we are working towards a solution.
