Hi Dario82,

This depends on several factors such as the supported monitor resolutions or the computer. In order for me to verify some important information, can you please post your Graphics report here?

You can get it by accessing the Intel Graphics and Media Control panel:

  1. Right click the desktop and select Graphics Properties.
  2. Select Options> Information Center> Save.

Hi Dario82,

Based on the Graphics report, the monitor you are using supports 1366 by 768 (60 Hz) only. My best recommendations in your case are the following:

  1. Update the graphics driver in your computer by downloading it at the following link:

https://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?agr=Y&DwnldID=23102&lang=eng&OSVersion=Windows%207%20Ultimate%2C%2064-bit%20version*&DownloadType=%0A%09%09%09%09%09%09%09Drivers%0A%09%09%09%09%09%09

  1. Test a different monitor. Confirm with the manufacturer what resolutions it can support.
