Are we at the end of the Haswell line?

Is this the last processor in the Haswell Line:

Intel® Core™ i7-4900MQ Processor

(8M Cache, up to 3.80 GHz)

or will there be others?

I have the 4800MQ with the FCPGA964 socket, and I see that the above is the only higher level processor available in this package. Looks like the newer processors are all Crystal Well with the higher contact count FCPGA and MUCH higher memory bandwidth.

Thanks!

Hi cautery,

Yes. In fact this processor is Haswell Based with the Intel® HD Graphics 4600.

I KNOW they are BOTH Haswell processors. That was NOT my question.

Here is my questions again:

Is the Intel Core i7-4900MQ the last processor in the Haswell line (with the FCPGA964 Socket)?

I KNOW that there are other 4th Gen i7s, but they are Crystal Well with a different FCPGA socket pin count.

Hi cautery,

At this point that is the latest processor available at the market but I am afraid to say that the information about if there will be other processors is not available yet.
