I suspect that my i7 920 has a broken core. When I run stress test programs it says that core 6 is broken (when I disable HT test it says core 3). Does Intel have a program that I can use to test the CPU? I do not really trust other programs.

Ok I have run OCCT several times now. I get errors on different cores each time.
Here is a graph from the test. It seems to reach 61 degrees and it lasts only a couple of seconds before one core fails.

Intel organizes Live Chat sessions with their in house experts where participants can ask questions and discuss Intel products and technologies. The next event is on the new range of Intel core processors. I think that will be a great platform to ask this or any such question and get an answer instantly.

There isn't any offical stress test program that I'm aware of, I think that you need to RMA the chip.

I have done some more testing with OCCT. In the second test I used the XMP1 memorysettings that comes with the memory (8-8-8-24 1,65V). In the other ones everything was on default/auto. Can it be the RAM that is the problem?
I was also wondering about the 3.3V, why is it 1.30-1.39V? Is that normal?

You might need to adjust the QPI voltage to get your ram working at 8-8-8-24, 1.65. You can try for max clock on ram with std processor speed and max clock on processor with ram on default settings.
either too much overclock on ram or cpu can cause occt to fail.

Is it the Uncore Voltage? Should I higher or lower it?
I guess that my problem is that I ran everything excepts for BCLK on auto? Did you see the jpg on the URL I attached in my previous post?

Yeah, it's the uncore, you can up it a little and see if that stablise the ram at 1600, intel spec's say you can push this to 1.35, I've seen higher but your taking a risk then that you'll kill chip.
I guess technically if your ram isnt stable with the XMP profile and stock CPU speed your with your right to RMA it as it's not performing to the specifications.

But can it be a problem with XMPsettings when I run everything in auto or should it work using everything in default and then choose XMPsettings?

I think your supposed to be able to leave everything in auto, change the XMP setting and it should work.
You could manually set the voltage to 1.65 and the timings to 8-8-8-24 and see if it's stable.
I'm not sure why your 3.3 reads, 1.9, it's probally reading the PLL voltage not the 3.3 line, if you had 1.9 on 3.3 then your comput wouldn't be working at all.
