Unless there is a specific setting in the bios, you cannot increase "dedicated" video memory.

What processor do you have?
Also, why do you have to install a driver? The link I provided was only explain the difference between DVM and SVM.

With that information, this link will tell you what operating systems are supported: http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/graphics-drivers/000005526.html# core Supported Operating Systems for Intel® Graphics Products
Look down the list until you see http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/graphics-drivers/intel-hd-graphics-4400-for-4th-generation-intel-core-processors.html 4th Generation Intel® Core™ Processors with Intel® HD Graphics 4400 and click on that link. That will take you to the drivers for your graphics.
Also, note that there is only support for Windows 10 64-bit (if windows 10 is your OS).
Good luck,

Hello, Zein:
By default, the Intel graphics driver will report 128 MB of fictitious Dedicated Video Memory, in your case the Intel® HD Graphics 4400 has a graphics max dynamic frequency of 1.00GHz, but this value is dynamic meaning that it will be reached when needed, if an app or game requires it, this value will be reached; however, it will no be visible. In most cases, the computer manufacturer has already configured the system to use the maximum amount of graphics memory that is possible for your particular computer model. Sometimes you can change these values through the BIOS, but if there are no options available in the BIOS configuration then is not possible to change it. So, my recommendation is to check with your computer manufacturer if there are tips on increasing the amount of graphics memory for your computer model.
