Provide a detailed description of the issue

Graphics performance is low with the latest driver at 1440p resolution when using "Second Display Only" mode. Dragging windows around the screen, the window maximize and minimize animations, as well as animations/activity in browsers such as typing a URL or scrolling on web-pages is very 'juddery'.

Please place an X to the right of the option showing how often you see this issue using specific steps. (Ex: 'Every few times a game is started it flickers.' <- This would be "Often")<p>

LFP = Local Flat Panel (Laptop panel)EFP = External Flat Panel (Monitor you plug in)

LFP = Not sure. Issue only occurs in 2nd Display only mode.
