I have a problem to restart after hybernate/sleep on NUC6i5SYH. Screen only goes to a white low resolution screen and can not access windows. Is there a problem with the display adopter?

Hello eddieg218:

In regard to your inquiry, we just need to verify a few details to better assist you:

The problem happens on hibernation or when the NUC goes to sleep, or in both cases?

If you use the NUC normally, without going to hibernate/sleep are you able to access Windows?

Did it work fine before, or this problem happens since you tried to use hibernate/sleep?

We can try a BIOS update to the latest version which is 0051.

On the following link you will be able to see the information of how to do the BIOS update using the F7 method which is very reliable:

http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/boards-and-kits/desktop-boards/000005724.html http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/boards-and-kits/desktop-boards/000005724.html

And this is the .BIO file that you need in order to do the update, it is the first option to the left:

Also, the graphics controller on the NUC is Intel® Iris™ Graphics 540, please try to install the following driver, it is version 4501, the latest, and let me know the results:

Any questions, please let me know.

Hello eddieg218:

I just wanted to check if the information posted previously was useful for you, or if the problem with hybernate/sleep still persists or if it was resolved?

Any questions, please let me know.
