Hello I've seen driver updates for intel hd5000 and above, but not for hd4000. Is this the end of driver updates for hd4000?

At this stage, I do not have an official notification about ending of driver support.
Please note that the latest video drivers available for your graphics controller were dated on 5/13/2016

I asked because of a FIFA 17 issue, which I think might spread to all upcoming games of Q4 this year, at least a few more months of support would be well appreciated by me and all others using 3rd gen core processors. I would also like to know what why dxdiag shows DirectX 12 whilst the feature_level is 11.0?

Intel is constantly updating the list of playable games for your graphics controller at

DirectX shows the version of the driver installed, but the support is 11.0

The HD 4000 has 'stucked' on X.4425 version of driver. People can play games like Fifa17 on 4200/4400/4600 and thats because Intel updated the driver to X.4474 or X.4501. We just asking for the same update for 4000. Fifa 16 worked smoothly on it so the new one should run too. The new Doom and Battlefield might be 'playable' too.

@johnoth and @natan001
I have been checking this information with our engineering team and I would like to request some details in order to forward it to our team.
What type of issues are you experiencing with the Intel® HD graphics 4000?
I would need a list of issues you have after installing the latest graphics drivers for your Intel® graphics controller

Also looking forward for the regular updates.
Cause I have several BSOD's caused by this driver with GT 750M enabled on my Acer V5-572G (in ACDSee, iRST, Device Manager, etc).

The team must be in a far away planet, aye? I honestly lost hope, and forgot about it. There most likely won't be an update.....
last version for HD 4000 = 15.33.43.4425
latest driver HD 5000 = 15.40.28.4501
40-33 = 7 major versions!
What do you think it means?
And please don't reply that you will update us soon.....give a status, please?
