DT CPU thermal spec

The CPU i7-4770TE thermal spec(Tc=71.45C/Tj=100C),when I run stress tool and CPU Tcase temp is over spec but Tjunction is uder.Do you think it's acceptable or we need to imporve thermal solution to meet Tcase spec .

As long as the computer is not powering off by itself, this would be OK, especially because you are stressing the processor.

Allan,

you mean that we can refer to Tj temp as CPU thermal spec?

Do you have any document to define it so that we can show it to our test person.
