hd 2000 on i3 2120 not working

Dear,

I purchased a new system with the intel DH67CF and a core i3 2120.

The PC won't boot with the intergrated HD2000 enabled.

If I disable it and install a seperate graphics card, everything works fine.

But if I enable the HD2000, it won't boot, even with the seperate card still installed.

Anyone any idea's?e
