Hello, olidem:
Could you please let us know the driver version on Device Manager? Go to Device Manger> Display adapters> Intel(R) HD Graphics right click on Properties and then go to Driver, you will be able to see the version installed, if the version stills remains try to install the driver https://downloadcenter.intel.com/product/81499/Intel-HD-Graphics-4000-for-3rd-Generation-Intel-Core-Processors Drivers & Software manually following these steps http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/graphics-drivers/000005629.html How to Manually Install a Driver in Microsoft Windows 8* or Windows... and let me know if that behavior stills persists.
Regards,
Amy.

In this case the version you have installed is in fact the latest, somehow the Intel® Driver Update Utility is showing you a different version as the latest but according to the Device manager you do have the latest installed.
Regards.
