estou com problema no jogo Resident Evil 7

em determinado local do jogo , acontece uma saída inesperada um erro com a seguinte descrição: "renderdevicedx11.cpp 3796 present failed HRESULT=0x887a0005 GetDeviceRemovedReason"

What is the model of your board?

 

What is the model of your processor?

 

If this is a laptop, what is the model of the laptop?

 

The problem happens just with that one game or it happens with all the games?

 

Which Windows version are you using?

 

Did you make any recent changes on the system, like a Windows update?

 

Did the game work fine before?

 

 

Once we gather that information we will be able to try different troubleshoot steps to try to fix the problem.

Remember that the Intel® graphics drivers are generic, meaning they may or may not work with your system, that is why we always recommend to use the drivers provided by the manufacturer of the device. The processor showing in there works with Intel® HD Graphics 5500 controller, so we can try the following drivers in order to try to fix the problem:

ja tentei instalar todos os Driver eu estava com a versão mais atualizada dos Driver e mesmo assim o problema perciste
