Old driver on Windows 8.1

Hi, I have a problem with installing the driver GMA 4500M graphics card , the recently installed Windows 8.1 ( 64bit) from Windows Vista, when I want to install the driver gives me an error "The system does not not meet the minimum requirements to install ten This software" I care about the display control panel graphics card , can I install this driver in a different way ?
